One guiding worry I share with many others is the over-competitive and status-oriented culture in academia. The consequences are precarity, short-termism, and the erosion of mental health, especially in young researchers.

Based on my research on professionalism and trust, where I argue that a path forward lies in a renewed ethics, I offer various services to the academic community: workshops, coachings, and consultations.
